Pectoral Cross

A good pectoral cross workout is the Cable crossover. Here is how to perform this pectoral cross workout!

Attach handles to two high pulley machines and grab the handles. Stand directly between the two pulley machines. Now step forward six inches in front of the two pulleys machines. Hold the pulley handles. Take a shoulder-wide stance and lean forward slightly. Use your chest muscles to move your hands slowly toward each other in a semi-circular formation, until your hands meet and your chest muscles contract. Return your hands back, slowly feeling the muscles stretch. Repeat until positive failure is reached.
