Start by holding the bells overhead, knuckles outwards . The arms are not locked during this exercise. Steadily lower sideways until the arms are parallel with the floor, or even a little lower, at the same time inhaling deeply . Without pause, return to the starting position. This is a useful movement for butterfly swimmers, discus and javelin throwers. Perform 8 repetitions, followed by 2 sets of 6 repetitions. |
