Build A Bigger Chest

The right way to build a bigger chest!

The experts have being lying to you when it comes to developing massive pecs! They tell you to press the bar (in the bench press) up in the air from mid-chest level! Well this is wrong and it robs you of about 40% more chest growth you should be getting with the same amount of effort! To get maximum pectoral development and a bigger chest you need to press from the neck! That is right when you lower the weight in a bench press, the bar should be lowered to your neck -not your nipple area-that is the right way to build a bigger chest!

Why is this so?

Well understand that the pectoralis major is actually composed of four separate parts. Not lowering the weights to the neck tends to ignore the majority of these muscles, most notably the upper and inner chest regions. And fact is if you don't train these muscles you can forget about building big pecs!

The other thing bench press to the neck does is ensure that you use proper form, if you press top the neck, your elbows are forced out and straight which is the best way to recruit the maximum amount of muscle fibers in your chest! In other words this press to the neck targets and stimulates the entire chest muscles!-even if you do a flat press to the ne3ck you will still get the upper and lower pectoral muscles!-this means you get more chest growth for the same amount of effort and time invested!

Please bare in mind that this is a dangerous exercise and so you need to use a spotter and a smith machine with power pins to protect your neck and chest! So that should the weights fall, they hit the pins and not crush your neck! If you don't have a partner DON'T DO THIS EXERCISE!

Use this exercise on your chest presses from now on and watch the awesome chest growth you get-that is how to build a bigger chest
