One of the best chest exercises for women is the breathing squat-The breathing squat- this is performed the same way as a squat except it is different with the breathing . the breathing squat is performed as follows: perform the first five repetitions in the regular way , then before you perform another repetition, take 3 deep breaths through the mouth.

On the final breat try to take in as much air as possible into the lungs, then hoding your breath , go down to the full squat position. Breath out on the way up and then take another three to fours btreaths before performing the next repetition. Continue in this manner until you have performed as many reps as you desire! As you breath deeply , lift the chest to get the maximum stretch and mobility, the breathing squat will increase the size and breath of your rib cage which will increase the size of your chest. The breathing squat will not only build you rib cage it will also increase the size and shape of your legs that is why it is one of the best chest exercises for women.
