Chest weight lifting Exercises

There are a few chest weight lifting exercises! Namely the bench press, dips and the dumbbell flye. I will go over each one, one by one!

Bench Press- the bench press is the most famous chest weight lifting exercise in all of bodybuilding scene. Bench press is a must for massive pectoral you can forget about developing a huge chest if you don't bench!

Here is how to do it: Lie down on a bench press machine put your and use a shoulder width grip, now bring the bar down to your chest, and press up. Please don't bounce the bar on your chest.

You can build a big chest with bench presses, which can be done on an incline or decline bench, with either a barbell or two dumbbells. There is also a machine variation as well!

The next Chest weight lifting Exercises is the Dips- these are done on two parallel bars. You are in between the parallel bars and you will lower and push yourself up using your arms. Dips work great to build the lower chest area.

Dumbbell Flyes- these are done holding two dumbbells over your chest with your palms facing each other. Keeping your arms bent, lower the weights on either side of you. Get a full and deep stretch and then bring them up to the start position.

Flyes can also also be done on an incline and decline instead of flat bench.
