Here is how to use this chest exercise to gain mass on your pecs

Use two dumbbells. Lie comfortably on a bench, feet resting on the floor. Start by holding the bells overhead, knuckles outwards . The arms are not locked during this exercise. Steadily lower sideways until the arms are parallel with the floor, or even a little lower, at the same time inhaling deeply . Without pause, return to the starting position. This is a useful movement for butterfly swimmers, discus and javelin throwers. To get bigger pectorals make sure in this chest exercise your squeeze the pectorals for all their worth at the top of the movement!

Perform 8 repetitions, followed by 2 sets of 6 repetitions.
